One of My Favorite Events...
One of my favorite events we've put on was a celebrity-filled celebration we designed for a well-known publication, where we took a refreshing approach to VIP treatment: rather than isolating celebrities in a VIP lounge, we opened the entire space for them to explore and enjoy alongside our non-celebrity guests. This simple change led to a night filled with spontaneous interactions and unforgettable moments.
To elevate the experience, we transformed three floors of the venue with interactive stations that delighted every guest. On the main floor, a high-end photobooth offered attendees the ultimate glam experience. Professional stylists and posers were on hand, ensuring each shot was picture-perfect, and photos were touched up in real time—creating keepsakes that guests cherished.
Upstairs, an infinity pool became a magical scene with live mermaids swimming under the stars, framed by the sponsor’s logo illuminated against the skyline. This became a stunning visual anchor, and photos from this spot lit up social media. And on the rooftop, we designed an ice bar shaped like a castle, where champagne was poured and served in elegant glasses. The bar itself featured our sponsor’s branding, merging a striking visual with an elegant refreshment station.
This event remains a favorite because of the energy it created—a true mix of high-end elegance, creativity, and unforgettable engagement.

One of our most impactful long-term events was a weekly sales seminar that we held globally for several years. This wasn’t just a typical seminar series; it was an evolving experience that combined proven sales techniques with genuine attendee engagement. Working closely with an incredible sales team, we developed strategies that not only boosted sales but also increased the satisfaction and happiness of everyone who attended.
Each week, in cities across the globe, we delivered a tailored seminar designed to empower sales professionals. From interactive sessions to real-world practice, we created an environment where attendees could develop and refine their skills, all while feeling truly supported. Our goal was always twofold: to help participants leave with valuable tools to drive sales and to make sure they walked away inspired, confident, and connected.
This series became more than just a seminar; it was a community, a movement, and a success story that we’re incredibly proud to have helped shape.

One of our favorite annual events is the AGM we’ve had the pleasure of putting on for several years. This isn’t just any gathering—it’s a five-day experience that blends tradition with innovation, creating an environment where attendees and sponsors feel like family. With each year, we welcome back returning sponsors who trust us to showcase their brands in exciting, high-impact ways, while introducing new sponsors to the event community and helping them feel right at home.
The AGM includes a full lineup: a bustling tradeshow, a grand gala, hands-on workshops, breakout sessions, and keynote sessions that bring everyone together. One of the most rewarding aspects is collaborating with the marketing teams from our corporate client and our sponsor partners to develop a cohesive theme that resonates throughout the event. From decor to entertainment, every detail aligns with this vision, creating a powerful, unified experience for attendees.
Our team loves adding a bit of excitement to each AGM by gamifying certain aspects, creating interactive experiences that keep attendees engaged. Whether it’s through themed stations, prize-driven activities, or gamified learning sessions, we ensure that the event remains both productive and memorable. This event has become a celebration of connection, collaboration, and creativity, and we’re thrilled each year to bring it to life.
One of Our Most Creative Team-Building Events...
One of our most creative and memorable projects was a "choose your own adventure" team-building activity for a media upfronts experience. Designed to highlight upcoming shows, this event was packed with interactive tech stations, immersive games, and even a Ferris wheel with each cart branded for a new show. It was an entertainment lover’s dream, where guests could explore each show’s theme while choosing their own unique path through the experience.
The energy was electric, with attendees (and even the celebrity presenters) fully engaged from start to finish. The celebs who had come to present ended up staying well into the night, mingling and enjoying the party alongside the guests. This event perfectly combined fun, technology, and a unique promotional experience, creating a lively atmosphere that kept everyone entertained and connected all night long.
One of Our Most Engaging Virtual Events...
One of our most engaging virtual events was a team-building game inspired by the popular Big Brother format. Hosted on Discord, we brought together 16 participants who competed in strategic challenges, alliances, and eliminations, all while an audience of over 200 watched and cheered them on. The event captured the spirit of friendly competition and teamwork, drawing in participants and spectators alike.
From creating alliances to live voting, each player had to think on their feet and rely on their teammates for support. Running the game virtually allowed us to bring together people from different locations, fostering a sense of camaraderie and excitement that felt as close to a live experience as possible. The virtual Big Brother game was a hit, showing how team-building can thrive in a digital space with the right mix of creativity and engagement.
One of Our Most Immersive Convention Experiences…
We’re thrilled to be designing a James Bond-style interactive activation for an upcoming convention, adding a layer of intrigue and engagement that stretches beyond the traditional event timeline. This unique experience starts months before attendees even arrive, with digital activities that allow participants to dive into the theme and connect with sponsors ahead of time.
By the time the convention begins, attendees are already immersed in the experience, and sponsors have enjoyed valuable early exposure. After the event, the adventure continues, with post-convention challenges and activities that keep the excitement alive. This extended engagement strategy transforms a five-day convention into a multi-month experience, creating a lasting impact that benefits both attendees and sponsors.
